With our highest compliments and honors we're proud to offer for sale this fantastic & rare 19th century antique Victorian tiger oak blank door file cabinet. We have a strong demand for legal oak & continue to bring to market more than any other operation that we know of. With the large influx of people working from home we had a major run on all of our desks, files, & desk chairs. This blank door cabinet excited us because of it's rare form & provenance.

The cabinet was recently refinished in the perfect golden oak color that make the bold Tiger Oak grain jump right out at you. The cabinet has double recessed panel sides with a 3 panel back with nice rays & flecks present throughout the grain. This is rather embarrassing but we forgot to add the interior shelves in the photos. They're just 2 plain finished wood shelves that can be raised or lowered depending how you configure the shelf pins.

The inside of the cabinet has a brass tag reading "CONN GENERAL LIFE INS CO 2425". The cabinet measures 22 3/4" wide x 27" deep x 40 1/4 tall.

The interior cavity measures 19 3/4" wide x 25" deep x 37 tall. We are a wholly owned family business in our third decade of continuous operation. We do our best to give you an accurate condition report in our description of the items. We have expert woodworkers and re-finishers on staff to service any piece of furniture we offer. We represent all merchandise in absolute good faith and to the very best of our ability. We deliver within a 250 mile range of zip code 01105 for a low cost flat rate. We specialize in New York City and Boston deliveries at extremely reasonable rates. They are not furniture movers who bring the items into your home. We can get you special services in certain cases, but you are responsible for telling us you require them and for the extra cost of these services, if you instruct our shippers to provide services beyond curbside deliveries. We are responsible for any additional services and charged for these services. Again the process is all designed to protect your investment and is an option offered for your protection. We dont like to send nice people off with things tied to roof racks. We are not a storage facility. We are happy to hold your items for a reasonable pre-agreed upon period.
