We're pleased to offer for sale this great combination tiger oak Arts & Crafts / Mission Oak file cabinet. Founded in 1876 Library Bureau company supplied equipment, furniture, and other services to many new Carnegie libraries across the country. We're no stranger to good legal / industrial oak and seek out the best for our clients.

We're lucky to handle as many better - best tier file cabinets that we do but don't get a run at these combination units often. This impressive office cabinet breaks down into 6 stacking components.

The base has four molded tapered legs with brass ball wheels attached. These were added by the previous owner and are not original to the cabinet. The second section has 2 swinging cabinet drawers with spring catch locks. The next two sections share the same combination format with two legal size file drawers with three index file drawers in the middle. The second to top section has 18 index file drawers and finally a top section to cap the unit. The large file drawers retain their original name plates, pulls, and steel index rods. The smaller index file drawers had their rods removed at some point but every drawer retains it's original thumb molded pull / nameplate. This cabinet is in a wonderful and clean golden amber finish and is signed Library Bureau Sole Makers on a brass tag above the index drawers & again on a paper label inside the drawers. This is without a doubt one of the best and rarest pieces of antique oak office furniture we've had the pleasure of offering.

The cabinet is 38 1/2" wide x 24 1/2" deep x 59 1/2 tall. Our warehousing facility located at 190 Chestnut St.

We deliver within a 175 mile range of zip code 01105 for a low cost flat rate. We specialize in New York City and Boston deliveries at extremely reasonable rates. We perform this service without the cost of labor as an appreciation for your patronage. This and our volume shippers discount creates a substantial lower cost for you. They are not furniture movers who bring the items into your home.

We can get you special services in certain cases, but you are responsible for telling us you require them and for the extra cost of these services, if you instruct our shippers to provide services beyond curbside deliveries. We are responsible for any additional services and charged for these services. Again the process is all designed to protect your investment and is an option offered for your protection. We dont like to send nice people off with things tied to roof racks. We are not a storage facility.
