Antique 1907-1908 Upright Ellington Grand Piano Tiger Oak Wood Refinished

  
This is a beautifully restored Antique/Vintage Ellington Upright Grand Piano made of Tiger Oak, which gives both a unique and beautiful color and grain to the design. A little background on the Ellington company so you know the quality. The Ellington Piano Company was established in 1893 and was controlled by Baldwin, one of the most widely recognized names in the piano industry. Ellington produced a variety of size and type pianos at the factory in Cincinnati, including grand pianos, uprights and player pianos. Ellington pianos were considered among the best values on the market in their time, especially with the brand recognition of Baldwin Pianos, the owning company. Because all Ellington pianos were subjected to rigorous testing at the factory, they were also known for their high quality. Per the 2nd to the last photo, there is a small piece that needs to be glued into the upper left hand corner. I have the piece, but it needs to be stained and carved to match.

Dimensions are: 65.5" Length x 27 1/8" Depth x 57 Height. If you or anyone you know is yearning to learn the piano, this would make a beautiful Christmas gift. Just needs a big red bow wrapped around it: It would also make a great statement piece in a vintage styled home.
