Gorgeous antique vintage solid oak tiger oak typewriter desk with glass top

  
Awesome rustic vintage industrial solid oak typewriter desk with tiger oak quarter sawn oak top! This is a really cool piece of history - we found her in an old barn with some sort of laminate on top. We stripped the laminate and found a beautiful tiger oak top. We sanded the top just enough to keep the rustic industrial vibe. Then we applied 2 coats of tung oil. A beautiful custom fit piece of glass was scrubbed and cleaned - making the top nice and flat and easy to use, but keeping the view of the beautiful top. 6 drawers are dovetail and work great. Two slide out portions on each side of the desk. Stamped 958 - possibly dating it to 1958?

Really unique and interesting desk! Perfect for office, homework, student. Height 30 1/2 inches without glass. Height 30 3/4 inches with glass.
