Bay Colony Antiques is proud to offer for sale this fantastic late 19th/early 20th century Antique Arts & Crafts Tiger Oak filing cabinet.

The cabinet was made by The Office Specialty MFG CO of Toronto Canada and is signed above the drawers. The pulls have a built in information card holder and are decorated with an upright lion surrounded by a wreath. The companies eventually split and The Specialty Office MFG CO continued operations and are still in business today. The file can be broken down into 4 separate components and has a total of 6 drawers with a 4 over 2 configuration. The cabinet is crafted from bold grain Tiger Oak with vibrant rays and flecks present in the grain.

The cabinet has paneled sides and is in wonderful condition with our only notes being a missing backboard that well have our restorer replace. The file measures 33 wide x 25 1/4 deep x 40 tall. The upper drawers have useable dimensions of 14 1/2 wide x 14 3/4 deep x 5 3/4 tall.

The lower drawers have useable dimensions of 30 1/4 wide x 23 1/4 deep x 4 1/4 tall. We are a wholly owned family business in our third decade of continuous operation.

We do our best to give you an accurate condition report in our description of the items. We have expert woodworkers and re-finishers on staff to service any piece of furniture we offer. We represent all merchandise in absolute good faith and to the very best of our ability.

We can get you special services in certain cases, but you are responsible for telling us you require them and for the extra cost of these services, if you instruct our shippers to provide services beyond curbside deliveries. We dont like to send nice people off with things tied to roof racks.
