With our highest compliments and utmost honors, Bay Colony Antiques is extremely proud to offer for sale this fantastic early 20th century antique Tiger Oak 6 drawer file cabinet. The cabinet was made by the Moon Desk Company of Muskegon Michigan and retains its original cloth tag on the backboard & paper labels affixed to the base panel of each drawer.

The cabinet is extremely well made, and all of the drawers actuate with ease & retain their original brass thumb pulls. We've attached a scan from an original Moon catalog showing similar files on page 96 in their catalog.

Not every format is shown but on page 93 you can see this file advertised as a 2 drawer wide open front 6 drawer letter file. If you've been in the market for a superior & unique file cabinet, we would recommend this example without hesitation to even our most scrupulous collectors. The drawers have useable dimensions of 12" wide x 10 1/2" deep x 3 1/4 tall. The overall dimensions of the cabinet are 29" wide x 12 3/4" deep x 17 tall.

We specialize in New York City and Boston deliveries at extremely reasonable rates. We perform this service without the cost of labor as an appreciation for your patronage. This and our "volume shippers" discount creates a substantial lower cost for you. They are not furniture movers who bring the items into your home.

We can get you special services in certain cases, but you are responsible for telling us you require them and for the extra cost of these services, if you instruct our shippers to provide services beyond curbside deliveries. We are responsible for any additional services and charged for these services.

Again the process is all designed to protect your investment and is an option offered for your protection. We don't like to send nice people off with things tied to roof racks. We are not a storage facility. We are happy to hold your items for a reasonable pre-agreed upon period. We have a zero tolerance policy for non-paying buyers.
