Antique Victorian Tiger Oak Shaving Stand withAdjustable Mirror & Curved Cabinet

  

This is a unique, fabulous antique Victorian shaving stand made of tiger oak with an adjustable mirror, curved cabinet and ledge at the bottom. It was professionally refinished several years ago and is stunning. The adjustable mirror has a mechanism in the back which allows it to be viewed at different angles. The beveled mirror is in its original condition and shows signs of age.

There is a small split in the wood in the back near the screws where the mirror mechanism is attached, but it is stable and does not affect the sturdiness of the stand. The curved cabinet is very unique and gives this stand an excellent look. This stand measures approximately 65 tall. The cabinet is approx 12 wide by 11 deep at the front of the curve. The shaving accessories shown are not included except for the mustache brush. The turquoise pieces are part of a larger pitcher and bowl chamber set which may be listed at a later date.
