Vintage tiger oak adjustable swivel office armchair-local p/u west Chicago burbs (Saint Charles, IL). In nice vintage condition overall, with minor flaws; highly functional and very solid. The chair frame itself seems in great condition with minor cosmetic flaws (see pics). The casters work nicely, and I think the height adjustment mechanism works fine (I'm not mechanically inclined and rarely adjust it).
And the chair swivels freely. The seat, as I got the chair, originally had an open frame with caning (damaged). I covered the seat in faux leather upholstery fabric and added padding over the seat frame-I've found the seat comfortable, and it's held up well. But the seat frame itself is pretty much broken apart (see last pic), but since it's supported in the chair inset, it seems to hold up fine.
The chair is 22-1/2" wide at outermost arms, 22" at deepest, chair height (as shown) 34-3/4" at top of back, seat height (as shown) 17-1/2", seat width including padding plus oak peri. I think the chair is at its lowest height, but there appears to be about 1-3/4 spool height, so I'd think could be raised up to that much. The cast iron base is marked Milwaukee Chair Company.
