Vintage Victorian American Solid Tiger Oak Oval Coffee Table Circa 1900's. We are proud to offer an extremely nice estate furniture. It is simple, elegant, and classic all rolled into one.

It is a wonderful estate piece to gift or wonderful to start or add to your collection. Beautiful American quarter sawn oak (1/4 or tiger oak) oval coffee table. The solid wood on this piece is striking tiger oak sometimes referred to as quarter sawn. There is a drawer on one side. It is an original piece not a later reproduction. It dates from the 1890's to the 1900's. Started it's life as a library or console table. Later cut down for a coffee table. Width at largest point is about 44 1/2 inches.

Depth is about 27 3/4 inches. Height is about 18 inches. Professionally refinished in a brown oak with reddish tone color. It was professionally restored a few years ago which is still in very good condition. There are some subsequent typical light wear.

White shelf paper is in the bottom of the drawer which we haven't tried to remove. The wear is normal and appropriate to an item of this age. There are reflections in the photographs. Don't miss out on this really wonderful item!
