Vintage Victorian American Tiger Oak Oval Coffee Table Circa 1900's. We are proud to offer an extremely nice estate furniture. It is simple, elegant, and classic all rolled into one. It is a wonderful estate piece to gift or wonderful to start or add to your collection. Beautiful American quarter sawn oak (1/4 or tiger oak) oval coffee table.

The wood on this piece is striking tiger oak sometimes referred to quarter sawn. There is a drawer on one side. Has old metal sleeves for wheels, so wheels could be added to raise an inch to 1 1/2 inches if desired.

It is an original piece not a later reproduction. It dates from the 1890's to the 1900's. Started it's life as a library or console table. Later cut down for a coffee table.

It has an older restoration job on it which is still in good condition. There are some subsequent spots on the top. Veneer chips around the edges and on the feet, which is typical with these pieces. Tried to photograph the condition, but was very difficult.

The wear is normal and appropriate to an item of this age. There are reflections in the photographs. Dont miss out on this really wonderful item!

Width at largest point is about 35 3/4 inches. Depth is about 23 3/4 inches. Height is about 21 3/4 inches has old sleeves for wheels so could easily be raised an extra 1 in to 1 1/2 inches if desired. The sooner you pay, the sooner you get your item.
